A tiny bunny is born to a family of wild rabbits. To their horror his fur is a pastel shade of turquoise. Mamma Rabbit scrubs and scrubs with Hare Restorer to no avail. He remains stubbornly Pastel! He receives the nickname Pastel Peter and a life of adventure begins for him.
