It is official! You can believe it!! WE ARE BETTER THAN AMAZON!!! I just received an e mail from a satisfied customer and that is what she had to say.
The back story is that she wished to send a "welcome to the world" gift to honour the birth of a friends new grand child. She wished to send an autographed copy of Gladiola Groundhog Sleeps In. Due to Covid restrictions the customer was reluctant to come to the Gallery.
The solution seemed obvious to me. She dictated to me the word she wished to say, I wrote them down in one of our "free with purchase" Artful Garden Gallery gift cards, enclosed the book and the card in a bubble envelope and had it in the mail with in an hour or so. She was so grateful. Our personalized service makes it possible for us to listen closely to you and to do it "your way" and I think that is, for sure, way BETTER THAN AMAZON!!!
